Subject transfer facility allows the candidate to choose another program from CIBM and for them the earlier studied subjects get exempted. The basic objective of this facility is to focus mainly on encouraging students to continue learning during their career span. The courses at CIBM are particularly designed for imparting more knowledge to the student. In case students pursuing a lower level program wish to take up a higher level program from CIBM then the subjects studied in the earlier programs would be exempted. In order to opt for another program, a student must have passed in all the subject(s) of earlier program with minimum marks of 50%. There is no concession in fees for exempted subjects. Subject Transfer is not allowed for any course studied from other Institutes/Universities as it is applicable to CIBM courses only.

Chanakya Institute of Business Management has an in-house publication called ‘Management Times, which will be uploaded in the “Student Portal” every month. The Journal deals with current developments and emerging trends in the area of management.

The dispatch of study materials to the students will commence in 7 days after the enrollment of the student. Students will receive the study materials in Printed Format and will get "Online Study materials" also in their "Portal". The CD format of the course materials will be provided on remittance of a nominal fee.
